Two words... NGON ROCKS!
This place has been on our radar for quite a while and friends raved about it. So it was a done deal, we were going. First of all, we’re not going to review this awesome restaurant for you, that’s not what we really do. You’ve just got to experience this place for yourself.
Husband & wife team Jessica and Hai truly nail it with their super cool decor, easy going atmosphere and amazingly knowledgable staff. Our server Alex was so sweet. She was a joy to chat with and really knew her stuff. Her recommendations were right on target.
The food? A “knock your socks off” blend of East meets West and local, organic and sustainable ingredients will blow your mind. We’re talking a French/Vietnamese kinda twist. Killer!
The bar is pretty slick too! When (not if) you stop in and it’s busy, just grab a seat at the bar. The local beers on tap and wine selection will definitely keep you smiling. Be sure not to bump the turntable. That’s right, Ngon only spins vinyl for the house music. That’s a serious touch of “cool”.
Well, guess we did kind of review Ngon Vietnamese Bistro for you, didn’t we? You’ve just got to give this place a try.
